2. Nature of the service
Erioun is a software product — a personal application tracker (a candidate-side ATS) that helps job seekers organise, prepare, score and follow up on their own applications. Erioun is not a recruiter, placement agency, temporary employment agency, employer, immigration advisor, legal advisor, financial advisor, or a guaranteed-placement service.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Erioun does not auto-submit applications and does not guarantee interviews, employer responses, ATS success, job offers, salary outcomes or any specific hiring result. The tools provide decision support; you stay in control of every action.
4. Consumer rights, withdrawal and refunds
EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. We honour it in full on your first purchase: request a refund within 14 days of buying your first paid plan or credits and we will refund it. For any later purchase, by completing checkout you ask us to start the service immediately and you waive the 14-day withdrawal right for that purchase, so repeat purchases are non-refundable — except where the law requires (for example, a faulty or undelivered feature). Used credits and already-delivered features are not refundable. Full detail is in the Terms of Service.
5. Data protection
Erioun processes personal data to provide the service, manage accounts, communicate with you, comply with the law and protect the business. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection by contacting support@erioun.com. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
6. AI-assisted processing
Erioun may use AI tools as internal assistance for drafting, structuring, analysis, quality checks or automation. AI is not used as an autonomous decision-maker for hiring outcomes, and AI features that use your data require your action and consent.
7. Marketing communications
Marketing email and SMS are sent only where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe or manage your preferences at any time on the Communication Preferences page. Transactional messages about your account, security, billing or support may still be sent even if marketing is off.
8. Complaints
For complaints, contact support@erioun.com with your name, account email, any order reference and a clear description of the issue. We aim to resolve complaints fairly and informally before escalation.
9. Updates
This page may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the law, the service, providers or business details.
