Refunds at Erioun are simple and fair, and they always respect your statutory consumer rights. This page explains exactly when you can get a refund, how the EU/EEA 14-day right of withdrawal works, and how to ask.

The short version
Your first paid purchase comes with the full 14-day EU/EEA right of withdrawal. Repeat purchases start immediately and are non-refundable, except where the law requires. We always refund when a paid feature is faulty or not delivered. Features you've already used can't be refunded.
Who this applies to
This policy is part of the Erioun Terms of Service and applies to every paid Erioun purchase — the Standard and Expert plans billed monthly, yearly or as a one-time lifetime payment, and any lifetime Starter purchase. The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Erioun is operated by Loukas Tzekos – Sole Proprietorship (Thessaloniki, Greece).
Your 14-day right of withdrawal (first purchase)
If you're an EU/EEA consumer, your first paid purchase is covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal:
- You can withdraw within 14 days of your first paid plan purchase, for any reason.
- Ask from your account email address and we'll refund the amount to your original payment method.
- Monthly and yearly plans also start with a 14-day free trial, so you can evaluate Erioun before any charge; Lifetime is charged at purchase and covered by this right of withdrawal.
- We aim to process approved refunds within 14 days of agreeing them.
Renewals and repeat purchases
When you check out again — a renewal or an upgrade — you ask us to start that service immediately:
- By purchasing again you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for that specific purchase.
- Repeat purchases are therefore non-refundable, except where the law requires (see below).
- Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges at the end of the current paid period; it doesn't retroactively refund the period you're in.
- Cancel any time — your account then moves to the free plan, which keeps all your data and CVs. You keep the tracker, your aliases and the radar; AI actions and the higher mail allowances stop.
Lifetime purchases
A one-time lifetime purchase has the 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided you have not substantially consumed the paid value (for example, heavy use of the AI actions your plan includes). After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires. Lifetime access granted by a code rather than a payment is not a purchase and has nothing to refund.
When we always refund
Regardless of the above, we refund where the law requires it — for example:
- A paid feature is faulty, materially not as described, or not delivered.
- You were charged in error or charged twice.
- A refund is otherwise mandated by applicable EU/EEA or national consumer law.
What can't be refunded
To keep things fair:
- Features and AI actions you've already used.
- Repeat purchases past their immediate-start waiver, outside the law-required cases above.
- Third-party or partner services billed separately (for example, human help by Kaeros), which have their own terms.
How to request a refund
It's one email — no forms:
- Email support@erioun.com from the address on your account.
- Tell us which purchase (date and plan) and, if relevant, why.
- We'll confirm by email and, once agreed, refund to your original payment method.
- Payments are processed by Revolut; how soon the refund appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence or under EU/EEA law, including the right of withdrawal and remedies for faulty digital services. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
