Acceptable use
No abuse, no platform scraping, no illegal use, no attempts to bypass job-site controls and no misrepresentation.
AI and automation limitations
Erioun may provide decision support, drafts and analysis, but it does not guarantee accuracy, interviews, replies, offers or hiring outcomes.
Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions, monthly caps, credit packs and BYOK options are explained at checkout. Variable-cost features are not unlimited.
Founder Access limitations
Founder Access can include lifetime core software benefits, but not unlimited AI, unlimited email parsing, unlimited aliases or lifetime human services.
Kaeros distinction
Kaeros is an optional human-service partner layer. Erioun software subscriptions and Kaeros orders stay clearly separate.
